Long-time clients of The Hair & Nail Depot will remember our salon has a spray tan booth. It has always been tough for stylists to help a spray tan client into the booth while working on hair or nail clients. I'm SO happy to say that I will now be accepting appointments for the spray tan booth! You can click here to book, or keep reading to learn about the MysticTan automated booth!

Traditionally, a spray tan tech would utilize a machine to physically spray a client. Not this booth! We have a quick chat about the color and scent you'd like, I instruct you on how to use the Barrier Cream, then I leave the room! You change into what you'd like to be sprayed in (swimsuit yields tan lines and wearing nothing gives a golden glow everywhere) and follow the booth's spoken instructions. You will enter the booth, close the door, wave your hand over the green light inside and the booth instructs you how to stand, when to move and when you're done! Hop out, get dressed and voila!

Pre appointment: shower, exfoliate and/or shave. Removing dead skin layers helps your tan stick around longer! Wear dark, looser clothing if possible to your appointment.

Post appointment: moisturize! Hydrated skin will keep your tan looking fresh much longer. Your spray tan will last about 7 days. We recommend an appointment 2-3 days before your special event. We carry a great body lotion if you don't have one!
